How Do I Update My Public Profile Page?

Our Updated User Profile Pages provide more information than ever about other JVZoo users. To update the information that is shown on your profile page, go to My Account > Account Details and click the View Public Profile then click the "Edit Profile" button.
You can enter the following information to share with other users:
- Display Name
- Business Name
- Facebook profile url
- Skype id
- Bio
Fill in as much, or as little information, as you would like to share with other users. Providing other users with more information will help them determine if they want to promote your products. It is recommended that you provide as much information as possible.
In addition, JVZoo will display the date you joined JVZoo, the last day you were active on JVZoo, the number of lifetime sales you have made as a Seller, your Average Product Rating (if your product has been reviewed by a customer), the number of lifetime sales you have made as an Affiliate, your lifetime Refund Rate, and the number of times you have been awarded Product of the Day.
JVZoo will also display your rating as a Seller and an Affiliate on the platform based on the last 12 months from of the current date.
You will also see badges indicating if the user is a Premium Seller, Premium Affiliate, and if they have been a Top Performer for a previous year. To see what year someone was a Top Performer simply hover over the badge.
You must be logged in to JVZoo to view a user’s public profile page.
