How JVZoo Protects Buyers

JVZoo is a digital product marketplace. Independent creators sell their products on our platform, but they do not operate without accountability.

Here is how we protect buyers.

Every product sold on JVZoo is owned and supported by the product creator. This ensures you get help from the person who built the product and knows it best.

At the time of purchase and inside your customer portal, we clearly provide:

• The seller’s support contact information
• Direct access to product downloads or clear instructions on how to access your purchase
• Your transaction history and receipt
  
  

This transparency is intentional.

While sellers handle product-specific support, JVZoo enforces how sellers are expected to treat customers.

When issues are reported to us, we review:

• Unanswered or unresolved support requests
• Repeated customer complaints
• Refund and dispute patterns
• Seller behavior over time
  
  

Sellers who fail to properly support their customers are not allowed to continue listing products on JVZoo.

If a seller does not respond or does not resolve an issue appropriately, JVZoo will step in.

When escalated, we may:

• Contact the seller directly
• Require a response or resolution
• Issue refunds when warranted
• Take enforcement action if problems continue
  
  

You are never required to resolve serious issues with a seller on your own.

JVZoo does not allow sellers to repeatedly mistreat customers.

Sellers who ignore customers, refuse legitimate refunds, misrepresent their products, or generate ongoing unresolved complaints are removed from the platform.

This protects buyers and maintains the integrity of the marketplace.

As a marketplace, JVZoo does not provide technical or usage support for individual products, similar to how other large marketplaces operate.

What we do provide is:

• Escalation authority
• Enforcement when sellers fail to meet standards
