Status of purchase states refunded but funds not received

If you paid for a product with your debit or credit card it can take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. This is controlled by the credit card companies, not the seller or JVZoo. The refunded status is sent to JVZoo from the payment processor and will only be shown when a refund has been processed.
