How To Apply KYC Verification To Another Account You Own

If you own more than one JVZoo account and have paid for one of your accounts to be KYC Verified, JVZoo now allows you to apply it to your other accounts. To apply the KYC Verification to another JVZoo account, go to My Account > Account Details in the account that you are KYC verified. Expand the KYC Section and click on the orange “KYC Link” as shown here:

Enter the User (Affiliate) ID for the new account that you want to share your verification with into the search box. Once the search is complete, select the account you want to link and click the “Send Link Request” button.

A screen will pop up requesting confirmation to link both accounts. You will need to confirm the Recipient ID (affiliate id) of the account you are linking again and the password of the JVZoo account you are currently using in the E-Signature field. Then click on the “Send Request” button.

You will then see a confirmation message that the link request was sent and is pending.

Once the KYC Link request has been sent, you will need to login to the recipient JVZoo account and go to My Account > Account Details. Expand the KYC Verification section and click the “KYC Link” button. Here you will see the Pending Link. If you want to accept the KYC Link, click the “Accept” button as shown here:

You will have to confirm that you agree to the terms governing the linking of accounts, by entering the password for the JVZoo account you are logged into and then click the “Accept Request” button.

Once done you will see the confirmation that your account is now permanently linked to the other account. The Legal Name on the account will have been updated to match what was entered for the KYC Verification on the original account. 

Please note you will no longer be able to make any changes to your Legal Name and the accounts will be permanently linked.
