How to Edit Your Personal Data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as a European Union (EU) individual, you have the right to rectification of your personal data. JVZoo has implemented a self-service way for customers to view this information. To edit your personal data, login to your account here. Once you are logged in to your customer account, click on My Account.
Next click on the orange Edit Information button.
Here you will be able to change your personal data. Once completed, click the orange Save Changes button.
Please note if you have locked your account for GDPR, no changes can be made to it until you unlock your account. For information on how to unlock your account, click here.
