JVZoo complies with U.S. law and international regulations regarding trade restrictions. As part of this compliance, individuals or businesses located in sanctioned countries or listed on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List are prohibited from using JVZoo’s platform.
The U.S. Department of the Treasury, through the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), prohibits U.S. companies from engaging in all or certain commercial activities with certain sanctioned countries (each a “Sanctioned Country”) and certain individuals, organizations or entities, including without limitation, certain “Specially Designated Nationals” (“SDN”) listed by OFAC. If you are located in a Sanctioned Country or are listed as an SDN, you are prohibited from registering or signing up with, subscribing to, or using the Services. Any use of our services by prohibited persons will result in immediate account termination, user content removal, and, if needed, notification to the U.S. Department of the Treasury/OFAC.
This means JVZoo cannot allow:
Sellers, affiliates, or customers residing in prohibited regions.
Accounts created or operated on behalf of individuals or entities listed under OFAC sanctions.
Transactions that would directly or indirectly involve sanctioned jurisdictions.
The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is a division of the U.S. Department of the Treasury that administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions against targeted foreign countries, regimes, and individuals engaged in activities such as terrorism, narcotics trafficking, and other threats to U.S. security.
The list of Sanctioned Countries and Specially Designated Nationals changes over time. For the most current information, please visit the official OFAC website:

If you are located in or operate from a sanctioned country, you cannot create or maintain a JVZoo account.
JVZoo reserves the right to terminate or restrict access if it discovers a violation of OFAC rules.
Attempting to bypass these restrictions (e.g., using VPNs or false information) is a violation of JVZoo’s Terms of Service and may result in permanent account suspension, content removal, and possible reporting to OFAC.
Ensure your account information is accurate and up to date.
Do not engage in transactions with individuals or businesses from sanctioned regions.
Review OFAC’s sanctions lists regularly on the official U.S. Treasury site.
