Applying for a refund

JVZoo is only able to process refunds on certain transactions—specifically, when JVZoo has accepted the payment on behalf of the product seller.

In most cases, JVZoo does not have access to the payment accounts of product owners and cannot issue refunds directly. JVZoo primarily provides promotional and sales platform services, while payments are usually made directly to the product owner’s payment account. For those transactions, refunds must be handled between the product owner and the purchaser.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact the product owner or their support team directly. Their support information can be found on the product access page in your JVZoo Customer Account.
