How long will purchases be available?

Any purchased products will be available to use or download within your customer account until the product owner decides to discontinue the product for various possible reasons.

JVZoo never removes or shuts off access to customer’s purchased products, however the owner may remove his product after a certain time. JVZoo has no control over this as the products are privately owned by the individual owners.

For this reason, JVZoo recommends all purchases be downloaded immediately after purchase and saved locally on the device to avoid any issues in the future.
