JVZoo is not able to provide bonuses that were offered at the time of purchase for individual products. If the bonus is not in your customer portal, as shown here, you will need to contact the affiliate that offered the bonus.

If you purchased the product from a promotional email, you may be able to reach the affiliate by simply replying to that email.
