Setting Up the Abandoned Cart Feature in JVZoo
JVZoo
Last Update 4 months ago
We’re excited to announce that JVZoo now offers an Abandoned Cart feature designed to put more money back in your pocket! Every day, countless buyers add products to their cart but never complete checkout — and that means lost revenue. With this new tool, JVZoo automatically helps you win those sales back by re-engaging shoppers at just the right time. It’s an effortless way to boost conversions, increase profits, and grow your business without spending a dime on extra advertising.
JVZoo’s Abandoned Cart feature helps you recover lost sales by following up with customers who left items in their cart without completing checkout. You have two options for managing abandoned carts:
JVZoo Managed Abandoned Cart – fully automated by JVZoo.
Self-Managed Abandoned Cart – you set up and control the email sequence.
If you let JVZoo manage your abandoned carts:
JVZoo uses an optimized, pre-tested email sequence (hundreds of variations tested).
Everything runs automatically—no setup required on your part.
To use this option, simply leave the setup box blank and ensure the feature toggle remains ON in your account.
If you prefer to manage your own abandoned cart follow-up:
Log in to your JVZoo account.
Navigate to My Account → Account Details.
Go to Seller Settings.
The Abandoned Cart feature is ON by default.
To self-manage, enter a custom post back URL.
JVZoo will send the product ID and customer’s email address to your sequence.
Use services like Zapier or Make.com with webhooks.
Many autoresponders also support postback integration directly.
The postback is account-based, allowing segmentation by product ID.
Use JVZoo’s chatbot for quick assistance.
